This topcoat is glossy. Additional coating with clear lacquer is not absolutely necessary.
Usually the professional painter applies a high-gloss clearcoat as a final protective layer .
The reason is because subsequent surface damage to the paintwork is much easier to repair than, for example, a paintwork repair directly on a not protected candy/pearl glaze . Polishing work is also easier on a clearcoat because the colouring layer remains untouched.
Choose between:
1component clearcoat – not petrol resistant, spraycan can be used again and again
or
2component clearcoat (with hardener) – the more durable gasoline-proof solution. The spraycan must be activated – after activation, the spray can must be processed within 12 hours (preferably immediately!).
